NCAA & State Law Compliance
All NIL opportunities are structured to comply with NCAA guidance, state legislation, and school-specific disclosure requirements. We actively monitor regulatory updates to ensure our athletes remain protected and eligible.

Athlete-Controlled Decisions
Student-athletes maintain full control over whether to accept, decline, or negotiate any opportunity. Our role is advisory—final decisions always rest with the athlete.

 

Fair Market Value Framework
Compensation is evaluated against fair market value based on reach, engagement, deliverables, and scope of work. We do not support inflated or artificially structured deals that create compliance risk.

No Pay-for-Play. Ever.
We do not participate in or facilitate compensation tied to athletic performance, playing time, recruitment decisions, or enrollment at a specific institution.

Reporting & Documentation
We guide athletes through required reporting, documentation, and disclosure processes to their institutions and approved NIL platforms. Proper records protect both eligibility and long-term credibility.​
